Michael (Mike) Jakubik, age 67. Passed away peacefully on October 3, 2016 surrounded by the love of his family. Deeply loved by wife of 48 years, Lynn. Daughters, Jill Jakubik and Katie (Pat) Dockry. Proud Gpa to: Mike, Sam and Maddie Dockry, Other family and friends. Rarely complaining, Mike suffered both from Prostate Cancer and a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy, but he never gave up the fight. Every stranger became his friend along the way.
How lucky we are to have known someone so good, so kind and with such courage that it hurts this bad to lose them.
