Pham, Ngoc V. age 82 passed away on Saturday March 8th, 2014 at Augustana Care in Minneapolis with his family at his side. Ngoc was born in Hadong, Vietnam on July 22, 1931. He was the youngest of 8 children. In1975, he and his family came to St. Cloud, MN where he resided until moving to Bloomington in 2004. He is survived by his wife, Phuong Nguyen; children Tuan (Shelly) Pham, Quynh (Mark) Panning and sister Thi Hai Pham. Preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers and 1 sister.
