Ordella L. Miller (nee, Masdal) age 91, of Richfield, MN. Born on May 14, 1923 and passed away on January 7, 2015. She is preceded in death by husband, Verner; parents, Rasmus and Gilma Masdal, sister, Ardis and brother, Raynard. Survived by son, Stephen (Susan) Miller; daughter, Lori Lemke; grandchildren, Aaron, Ethan and Alyssa Miller and Noah, Josh and Rebekah Lemke; sister, Delaine Ewen and many nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Your mom was a wonderful and kind person. I spent a lot of time at your home when we were kids and while I know you didnt always agree with her, she did what she thought was right and she was always very kind to us kids. I still remember the cookies and kool aid in the Dixie cups she would give us. Her smile was bright and I know she would laugh when we thought some rule she spoke, was ridiculous. The woman could type circles around anybody around. She was strong in her faith and hoped that people could appreciate that about her and remembering the bible debates your dad Vern and she had with the Mormons, how they would invite them in for a bible verse “smack down” and they always left the home- defeated. I am sorry for your loss and I know she will forever be with you as she was for so many of us kids in the neighborhood. Prayers to you all. Theresa Carey- Ryan
