Age 67, of New Brighton. Survived by daughter, Heather (Russ) Weber; grandson, Matt Weber; brothers, Don (Kathy) and David (Danielle); nieces, Stacy (Craig) Anderson and Ginny Rostberg; and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Virginia Rostberg; and sister, Sandra Larson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
I was saddened to hear of my Uncle Ron passing away. I have fond memories of him. He loved to tease me and call me “Shmarbie”. My dad, Rons brother in law would also like to give his condolences. Ron will be missed… I will always remember the dimple in his chin. And his smile…
Rest in peace cousin Ronald, was nice to meeting you once on a reunion in Minnesota in 1996.
I can’t find the words to express how much I will miss you, Ron. You were such a kind and faithful friend. It will be difficult to go on without you in my life.
Ron worked at Cherne Industries when I was the General Manager. He did a great job for us and I really appreciated his sense of humor. We shared a love of sliders and, if I recall correctly, we also shared being Navy veterans. Although I have not seen him in several years I am still greatly saddened by the news of his passing. My most heartfelt condolences go out to Ron’s family and Loved Ones.
