Tove Ann Kjeseth
Tove Ann Kjeseth was born on September 17, 2020, to Karla Deanne Elmberg and Peder-Leif Kjeseth and became the little sister of Tor-Ole Kjeseth. To the eternal heartbreak of her parents, her brother, and to everyone who was lucky enough to have known her, Tove Ann passed away unexpectedly on February 2, 2022 at 16 months old.
Perfect in every way, Tove came into the world baptized in the love of God and her family. From the very beginning Tove Ann was special. With dark hair and blue eyes and heart shaped nostrils, Tove was her Mommy and Daddy’s little blessing. Tove’s spirit and personality were even more remarkable than her beauty. From day one she was in charge of our home. Tove loved to play, to run, to dance, to splash in the bath, and above all else- to smile. Tove said so much with her beautiful blue eyes. They would sparkle and shine when she would see her Mommy, or when she was having fun, or when she was being naughty and knew it but certainly did not care.
Tove Ann came from a huge family who loved her beyond expression. Tove Ann was preceded in death by Grandpa Peter Kjeseth. Tove is survived by her Mommy and Daddy, her proud big brother Tor-Ole, her Grandpa Bruce Elmberg, Grandma Colleen Elmberg, Great-Grandma Shirley Hartley, Aunt Kerry and Uncle Andre van Jaarsveld, Uncle Kevin and Aunt Jenna Elmberg and Uncle Kurtis Elmberg, her Grandma Solveig Kjeseth, Uncle Lars Kjeseth, Uncle Thor and Aunt Hisako Araya-Kjeseth, Aunt Martha Kjeseth Johnson, Aunt Sara Kjeseth, Uncle Eric Kjeseth and numerous cousins, great-aunts and uncles and so many family friends.
Tove Baby - Mommy and Daddy love you always and will miss you every single day.

Karla and Peder, Tears came immediately to our eyes as we read the news about Tove. As we get older, it’s clear to us as parents that we would rather suffer a thousand deaths than the death of our little ones. As much as possible, trust that Tove loves you more now than she ever has. She will pray for you all the days of your life, and will be waiting for you, when the day comes, with a joy immeasurably more intense than the grief you feel today and in the days to come. May God give you strength and the assurance of His love and mercy in all things.

Dear Karla, I was holding you, your family and Tove in my heart as I read the Sunday paper, even though I did not know it at the time Tove is your baby girl.
