Virginia M. "Ginny Pearl (nee, Johnson) was born on November 10, 1931, and passed away peacefully on February 16, 2014, at the age of 82 with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby and Edwin Johnson and grandson, Alex. She grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from South High. Her style and impeccable fashion sense stood her apart and was her trademark. Ginny was also known for the way she kept her home looking like a "model home", it was a daily hobby that she excelled at.   She enjoyed a full life that centered around her family and friends. Ginny loved to go bowling, especially with her grandchildren. Ginny is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jack Pearl; their two children, Robert Pearl and Jacqueline (Kevin) Caple; grandchildren, Maggie (Derek) Aslakson, Jon Pearl, Michelle Caple, Danielle Caple; and a great-grandson, Henry Aslakson; as well as Ginny's sister, Margaret Johnson.
