William Arthur Howard, age 68, of Richfield, passed away on February 5, 2018. Bill served in the U. S. Navy in Vietnam and served aboard the U. S. S. Shelton and received the Battle Efficiency "E" Insignia, through hard work and meeting his challenges. He was a long-time member of House of Prayer Lutheran Church, Richfield. Preceded in death by his parents, H. Duane and Joyce Howard.
