Survived by wife, Francine Elm, In-laws, Connie & John Riley, Eric & Nicole (Aidan, Kieran), Lisa (Riley),Vickey & Mike Palm, Joseph (Zoe, Evelyn), Dan & Amber (Lauren, Paige), Niece Nickie & Dave (Mikey), Niece Melissa (Kai), sister Diane & John Thorpe, Nephew Chris & Lori (Katie, Jordan), Niece Casey & JT (Addison, Carsten), and many extended family members and friends.
Preceded in death by, parents Gordy & Sally Elm, In-laws Ray & Vina Baseman, Debra & Michael Deason, Nephew Jon Riley, Grandnephew Declan Riley, Uncle Doug (Marion), Uncle Bob (Pat).

Bill, always a twinkle in your eye, a wry sense of humor, often pulling my leg and always, always being there for your family. Much love to you and your beautiful Fran.
My very very good friend and fellow Viet Nam Vet. I’m going to miss him deeply as we sent many a E-mails with
differnt subjects and many many laughs. I’ll never forget our meals at McDonalds or getting in trouble at the
O’Connells!
